  3. Hello. I went to the store number #13308 this evening. There was a woman approaching the store as well as me and a friend. The store associate let the woman in front of me enter the store and locked doors before I could enter. This was at 953 pm. I waited until the store associate unlocked the door to let the other woman out and calmly asked if the store closes at 953 or 10 pm. She said we close at 955 and turned around and walked inside with not another word. Not I’m sorry or anything. If you close at 955 please post signs saying so seeing that this location is in a country area and it takes me 20 minutes to get to the store. I feel the lack of customer service should be addressed. I was only needing one item which was diapers and now I have to drive another 30 minutes to get to another open store. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I shop at dollar general multiple times a week and I work in customer service and know this is unacceptable behavior.

  4. I would like to say that I love your stores, but… store #14484 has a manager named Jennifer that is very rude to customers and makes everyone feel so unwelcome… today I went into the store and was trying to purchase items that was on sale and they didn’t ring up right so she told me I was wrong and wouldn’t sell me the items??? I just do not understand how she can be a manager when she is so rude and very un kind??
